As some of you already know, I was recently on holidays in La Baule, France. It was such a nice part of France! While the weather wasn’t great for some of the days due to the tail end of hurricane Bertha, there was enough to do that that didn’t matter. We went to multiple beaches, including the one in the photo above! This one was literally a two minute walk from the campsite, and it was so nice to go and walk there at night.
Over the holiday I wore some outfits that I really loved, but today I’m going to share my absolute favourite – this coloured maxi dress paired with a light denim jacket.
This dress came from a charity shop on Oliver Plunkett Street, Cork, and it’s absolutely perfect for hot weather! The material it’s made from is really cooling and the dress itself is so comfortable. I also love the combination of bright green and bright pink – they go so well together and I just felt so summery wearing them
I got the denim jacket I’m wearing in Penneys for €15, and I paired the outfit with brown sandals for €8 in Tescos which I was so happy to find! I’m really fussy when it comes to sandals, and this season I haven’t been mad on most of the ones in shops this season which made it all the better to find these just before I went on holidays.
It’s been kind of hectic since I’ve got back, especially with my memory card reader deciding not to work, which is always good news for a blogger. I’m finally sorting out pictures and stuff so expect a few longer posts soon!
Did you wear any holiday outfits you loved this summer?
